Across 8+ years, through freelancing and full-time roles I've worked with all types of companies—media giants, mid-tech start ups, small businesses, and agencies, intentionally honing the craft of storytelling. I've written long form content, short form copy, ads, and microcopy for television, streaming platforms, luxury brands and tech companies from a time when titles like UX Writing, Content Design, or UX Copy Strategy didn't exist. 

I used to work full-time, but I now exclusively take up contract work since I love having flexibility around my time. 

In my free time, I work with Give Something Back to Berlin (GSBTB) in their Muttersprachcafé creating safer spaces for people experiencing migration, trauma, and a sense of alienation. I'm a Sighted Volunteer with BeMyEyes since 2018. In the past I've volunteered at Arise Impact editing study material, creating style guides and promoting web accessibility.

When I'm not in microcopy world, you'll find me in a tram with my nose buried in a fiction book, or fervidly clicking pictures of a sunset or moonset, or keenly observing birds as they coo, caw, flap their wings and dip their beaks into cool rivers to catch shiny fish and slimy worms.
