Logic Soft, 2022
Logic Soft, 2022
Logic Soft is a 35-year old tech company and is one of the oldest, well-established and loved ERP softwares focused on the book trade in the APAC market. They wanted to increase their website engagement and leads; potentially expanding it to other markets. Their latest version of the website was last updated in the 2000s.
As the UX web copywriter, I built a brand value sheet, an editorial style guide and revamped the entire web experience.
Revamping the current website experience will help increase engagement and generate leads. This will help Logic Soft expand its market.
The renewed experience will have a new global voice, expand the target market, tone of voice, messaging and positioning. Crafting new web content will attract a new market and generate more leads.
As the UX Copywriter and Content Manager, I rebuilt the entire web experience. It took six months and I worked with the Project Manager, Designers and Developers.

Audited 113 pages of content and 212 assets manually (100% human)
The website was text-heavy
There was no sign-up or demo button, potentially affecting lead generation.
Created a dynamic headline with three strong words.
Comprehensive, collaborative and adaptable to include the customer and the product in the messaging.
Included a strong CTA.
Led a benefit driven website experience. Introduced more clarity in the storytelling.
Added customer testimonials and retained the strengths of the business.
